Have you ever felt stuck? Like you were kind of just going through the motions? maybe like you lost yourself?

The purpose of this group is YOU; to be in an environment with other women who have faced similar mindsets, struggles, successes and setbacks. It is a group for growth and self-development. To add value to YOU, your life, and help you move forward through your self journey.

I love people and I love seeing them grow and develop in themselves and see success in their world.

The group will run every second Thursday evening from 7 pm – 9 pm. The awesome thing about the group is that you don't have to commit long term or even to every week. The group's flexible structure means that you can come when you can and get benefit by engaging in the topics that are going to grow you.

Forgiveness (maybe a little left for self?)
Who in our world do we need to forgive most? How does our lack of forgiveness impact us? Do we judge ourselves and do we need to offer ourselves some forgiveness. How do our past mistakes impact how we feel about ourselves today?

Self-Care - Taking time for me
What is self-care? How good are we at caring for ourselves? Do others tend to come first? Let's take a moment to discover how self-care increases our strength and resilience.

Behavior vs. Character (am I what I do)
Do we tend to attribute our behavior to our character? What is the trap that we fall into when we begin to meld behavior and character and what freedoms might we experience when we can separate the 2. 

Managing Difficult Emotions
How do we take control of our emotions. Emotions  show us how the world impacts us, but they do not always depict reality. Take charge, take control, learn to get through those emotions more effectively.

Intentional Living
Do you believe you can live a life of significance, that you can do things that really matter? can you make your story great? The answer is, YES! It is in your power to make your life a great story, one of significance.

Anger - A Healthy Form of Expression
We are socialized to believe that anger is not a respectable emotion for a woman.  Can anger be a healthy emotion and how can we learn to more effectively express anger so that it is productive.

Week 1: ​The Self-Critic
Each of us has a self-critic - but what is yours? Once we begin to look at that gremlin in our world and indicate it's voice, we can begin to take back our power and defeat our worst critic. Multi-Tasking - The Stress Maker

Week 2: Who Do You Believe You Are?
Those messages we tell ourselves often lead us to believe certain things about our character. Am I a good person? What are my character traits? 

Week 3: The Unique You
Who am I really? Am I all the things I tend to think I am? Is it possible that some of the things I think about myself that are negative really are positive? Let's start to determine who you really are including your strengths.

Week 4: The Comparison Trap
What are some of the ways in which we compare ourselves to other women? Do we measure up? Let's talk about the damage we are doing to ourselves when we compare and why comparisons are never fair.

Week 5: Being a Strong Woman Today
Strong woman vs. a woman of strength. What has it meant in the past to be a strong woman? What do we believe it means today? IS it accurate. We will dive into the world of roles and what makes for strength.

Week 6: The Messages We Tell Ourselves
What are some of the things we have come to believe about women? What are some of the statements we have started telling ourselves (both positive and negative) and how do they shape our perception of ourselves.
