Self-Esteem


I believe that people have the strength and resources to find solutions to life's struggles and to live fulfilling lives. I have designed a program to help those with low self-concept, self-esteem, and self-identity issues. This will help people achieve a positive, stronger sense of self, make healthy life choices and begin on a path toward their full potential.
